Out of the mists of time, from ancient China, comes one of the most comprehensive systems of Qigong ever taught. . .
Primordial Qigong is a profoundly beautiful and powerful system of health and wellness developed by Chang San Feng (the creator of Tai Chi Chuan) during the 13th Century. Primordial Qigong encompasses all of the primary aspects of Taoist philosophy: the concepts of yin and yang, the Taoist trinity (heaven, earth and man), the Five Element theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the I Ching, the Bagua and the mystical aspects of numbers. Primordial Qigong harmonizes and strengthens the flows in your body, regulates all internal systems and brings you to optimum health, wellness and internal power.
Some of the many benefits of practicing Primordial Qigong:
Reverses the effects of aging
Improves the flow and function of the chi (life force energy)
Calms and regulates the central nervous system
Stills the mind and opens the heart
Lowers high blood pressure
Improves immunity, balance, circulation, physical coordination and flexibility
Deepens intuition and spiritual connection
Increases healing power
Reclaims health and joy in life!
Primordial Qigong is taught as an art, in the traditional manner of our lineage. Each student is instructed at a pace that is best suited to their individual needs, learning both the physical movements of the form, and Neigong (components of internal power generation for health, vitality and wellness).
As a student, you will also be guided to simultaneously cultivate an effortless and tireless aspect to your practice as you safely increase your health and well-being over time.
Appropriate for any age or fitness level – beginners are welcome!
