Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Primordial Qigong form in this stunning outdoor setting, and welcome a limitless flow of joy and harmony into your life!
In this retreat you will learn Neigung (internal power) components for health and vitality within the context of the Primordial Qigong form, including:
- Inner and Outer Alignments – Build structural integrity, balance and internal power.
- Opening and Closing (also known as Pulsing) – The process of opening (expanding) and closing (condensing) energy, is a natural phenomenon that occurs in all living organisms throughout the macro and micro universe, including the universe of a human being. Opening and Closing entails a gentle, rhythmic process of pulsing energy in the joints of the body (beginning stage); this pulsing positively stimulates and purifies the interstitial and synovial fluids within the soft tissues and joints. Learning this process will help you over time to release layers of gross and subtle tension and will create improved resilience and health--restoring harmony and integrated wholeness to your body, mind and spirit, as well as within your Tai Chi and Qigong forms.
- Embodying the Five Elements – The creative process of bringing balance to the Five Elements within your body, mind, emotions, energy and spirit.
- The Practice of Limitlessness – The power of your intention to release old habits and clear the path for achieving your personal goals and living your authentic nature.
These refinements will improve the flow and function of your chi, resulting in greater health, resilience and well-being, and they will bring more joy, harmony and peace of mind to your practice and all your life activities.
Pre-requisite: Primordial Qigong Level 1 or equivalent
