Welcome to Eternal Strength! |
|
Elizabeth Meloney and Josefina Garcia Puerta |
Eternal Strength Tai Chi Chuan & Qigong was founded by Elizabeth Meloney and Josefina Garcia Puerta with the blessings of their teachers, Donald and Cheryl Lynne Rubbo.
Elizabeth and Josefina are dedicated to continuing the healing, energetic fitness and focused intention traditions that have been generously passed on to them.
These miraculous healing arts systems are 'pearls beyond price' and help to boost the immune system, reverse the effects of aging, increase resiliency and vital energy, expand meditative focus, lower high blood pressure and release stress, pain, anxiety and depression--restoring, maintaining and improving your health and joy in life.
If you are ready to enrich every aspect of your being, feel truly alive in your body, mind and spirit and be in healthy relationship with the world around you, we invite you to join us in these transformational arts!
"Before you can be of help to others, you must first be strong within yourself."

CULTIVATING RESILIENCY WORKSHOP SERIES
Join us in cultivating the essential qualities of health: resilience, vital energy and joy in life!
The miraculous systems of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong are superlative practices that cultivate the
essential qualities of true, lasting health of body, mind, emotions and spirit.
In 2013, our ongoing classes will be complemented by the Cultivating Resiliency Workshop Series.
We understand resiliency to encompass: vital health, bouyancy, strength, flexibility, adaptability,
harmony and springiness. In essence, "the youth of eternal spring" as described in A Mnemonic of
Thirteen Tai Chi Chuan Movements.
The next workshop in the Cultivating Resiliency Workshop Series will be:
Opening and Closing the Joints of Your Body Workshop
Increase the Health and Resiliency of Your Joints and Connective Tissues
Saturday, June 8, 2013
2:00 - 5:00pm
Gerstle Park, San Rafael, CA
Taught by Elizabeth Meloney
The process of opening (expanding) and closing (condensing), is a natural phenomenon that occurs
in all living organisms throughout the macro and micro universe, including the universe of a human being.
Learning to engage the process of opening and closing will help you create increased resilience and health--
restoring harmony and integrated wholeness. This is an integral part of the neigong (inner work) of the
internal martial arts that has such a positive effect on the overall health of the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Healing Circle, Primordial Qigong Workshop
Testimonials
"Elizabeth and Josefina are wonderful teachers. They are masterful in
Qigong and Tai Chi and share their knowledge and experience with
patience and good will so that anyone can learn from them. All of
their students (myself included) feel we are being met exactly where
we are.
These classes are illuminating, grounding and profound without being
heavy or too serious. They bring a smile to my face and a deep
gratitude for being alive, as well as better health and more awareness."
